As of November 1st, 2024, our cancellation and change policy has changed.

Cancellation and change policy

We understand that unexpected circumstances can always occur, but in order to ensure the quality of our service and the planning for all our customers, we have the following cancellation policy:

• Cancellation or change is free of charge up to 48 hours before the appointment. If you cancel or change an appointment within 48 hours of the scheduled time, we unfortunately cannot refund the deposit.

• No-show or cancellation on the day itself:  In the event of a no-show (failure to show up without prior cancellation) or cancellation on the day of the appointment, we reserve the right to charge the full amount.

• Cancellation or change of appointment:  We kindly request that you cancel or change your appointment at least 48 hours in advance. This gives us the opportunity to reschedule the reserved time for other customers.

• Deposit: A deposit is required when making an online booking. This will be deducted from the total amount of the treatment. In case of cancellations within 48 hours, the deposit will not be refunded.
